Payment and Charges

The price of PlanPoint is dependent on the number of users within your subscription and calculated per user, per month as clearly set out on the ‘Pricing & FAQ’ page on the PlanPoint official website.

PlanPoint has the right to change its subscription fees at any time but will always notify subscribers to any changes.

You are required to pay all amounts in full without any deduction or withholding, except as required by law, and you shall not be entitled to assert any credit set-off or counterclaim against us in order to justify withholding payment of any amount in whole or in part.

If PlanPoint identifies account sharing - i.e. multiple users sharing the same user account credentials – we reserve the right to increase charges based on the actual number of individual system users identified during our investigation.

Without limiting any other right or remedy we may have, if you fail to make any payment due by the due date, we will have the right to charge a 1.5% interest rate and any recovery costs as set out in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act accruing on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount.

Failure to make payments on time (14 Days from invoice date) could result in denial or suspension of access to your services.
